創作自述(中文與英文):
大學到研究所畢業至今的創作都以水為創作主題，並透過水呈現藝術家在不同時期內心的一個狀態和樣貌。從大學時期的瀑布系列，對夢想的嚮往的海浪系列，研究所的馬路上停車格系列和研究所至今的雨系列，研究所畢業後的波系列。波系列則是以水面上的水波紋為主，如水波的紋路或水面上的倒影漣漪。畢業後在藝術這條道路上，覺得除了堅持和擁有一個正向的能量是十分重要的事，不然隨時都可能被現實擊垮。辛格 . 巴薩德教授認為「人類無論碰上什麼人，都能傳遞他們的情緒，就像漣漪一樣，不斷地擴散出去。」在這段話領悟到雖然受到現實生活環境的影響，我們常常身處在這個負面情緒。但藝術家通過創作來抒發內心的情感，以保持「正面情緒」的心境,覺得自己只要堅持自己信念，就不會受到任何影響，說不定還可以影響他人。藉由波是一種能量，慢慢的把自己正面的情緒傳出去，影響身邊的人事物，畫面中的元素更單純化了，只畫水波紋和倒影，沒有之前的柏油路跟停車格線的蹤影，看出藝術家因努力堅持而突破原本的限制，希望能透過改變想法和態度慢慢來影響自己和他人，朝向自己的夢想前進。
I have been focusing on water as the theme of my art creations since being a college student, and I have been showing different feelings of artists in different time with water. Waterfalls, a series of my art creations of sea waves when I was in college, signified my desire for dreams. The parking lines were a series of my art creations when I was in graduate school. The rains have been a series of my art creation since in graduate school. I came out with the art creations of water waves. I present my art creations of water waves mostly in ripples, which include patterns of and reflections on the ripples. On the way being an artist after graduating from school, I believe that it is crucial to be persistent and have positive energy, without which you could fail in your life. Professor Sigal Barsade once stated that “whomever people meet, they can transfer their emotions as ripples spreading out,” from which I learn that people constantly have negative emotions for been affected by real life. Artists, nevertheless, usually express their emotions by focusing on their art creations to stay “positively.” As long as sticking ones’ belief, he/she can prevent him/her -self from being affected. It can best be affecting others. We can slowly express our positive emotions by means of using wave as a type of energy, which affect people and things around us. The elements in the images are more simplistic. Without traces of asphalt roads and parking lines in the previous creations, there are only ripples and reflections, which show that the artists work hard persistently to break through the limitation. The artists, furthermore, hope to slowly affect themselves and others by change minds and attitudes, this moving towards their dreams.
