創作理念
本系列油畫作品〈宿敵俱樂部〉試圖打破傳統二元對立的符號框架。畫中抽離人物的面部表情，轉而將劇場式的肢體動作與超現實的物件符碼作為核心修辭。透過無表情的身體演繹，傳統敘事中的「善惡界線」在此被悄然模糊，畫面不再提供道德批判，而是專注於異質個體間因不同目標所展開的行為互動與權力拉鋸。視覺上，作品揉合著黑色幽默的荒誕感，建構出卡通般的敘事風格。這種將嚴肅衝突寓於荒誕情境，引導觀者擺脫既定立場，解讀出全新故事與思維空間。
The Rival Club series seeks to dismantle the conventional binary framework through which conflict is often understood. Rather than relying on facial expressions to convey emotion, these paintings employ theatrical body language and surreal symbolic objects as their primary visual vocabulary.Through the performance of expressionless figures, the traditional boundary between good and evil gradually dissolves. The works refrain from imposing moral judgment, instead focusing on the behavioral interactions and shifting power dynamics that arise between individuals driven by conflicting ambitions.Visually, the series adopts an absurdist narrative infused with dark humor, creating a distinctly cartoon-like aesthetic. By placing serious conflict within surreal and often playful scenarios, the works encourage viewers to move beyond preconceived positions and discover new possibilities for interpretation and reflection.
